Purchase order webhook (third-party integrations)
Inbound webhook for third-party purchasing systems (currently Order.co, for a registered supplier company only - other suppliers receive 400). Depending on status: approved/error append a note to the PO; rejected cancels the PO; completed marks it ordered; shipping_update appends a shipping note and, when message.shipment_delivery_date is present, auto-creates receipts for all non-received line items. Every request/response is audited. Response shape varies by branch (note-append result, PO envelope, or receipt list).
