Service call helicopter expansion: each /with_* path segment hoists one section into the response. with_work_logs returns the call’s wrench-mode events plus trueWorkTimeMillis (pause-excluded); with_tech_details returns the call’s technicians, with hourlyRate populated only for the buyer’s own internal service team — third-party rates stay hidden.
